It will be recalled that Supersoil – is a mulcher for tractors with capacity from 300 to 400 hp, designated for crushing stones up to 50 cm in diameter and large stumps, milling the soil to a depth of 30 cm.

New technology 2SPEED POWERSHIFT significantly improves the functionality of SUPERSOIL, as the mechanism can currently perform the tasks of both a forestry mulcher and a stone crusher.

At the second increased rotor speed, SUPERSOIL grinds large stumps, bushes and other vegetation on the surface turning them into wood chips. Preparing the soil for sowing has become even easier and more efficient!

The function 2SPEED POWERSHIFT improves and accelerates the process of grinding wood, stones, roots both superficially and at depth.

The speed is switched automatically from a tractor cab, just by pressing a button on the control panel!

Until today, in all mulchers existing on the market, in order to change the speed of the rotor an operator had to leave a cab and make adjustments according to operating conditions.

Usually, the lack of such necessary manipulation led to higher power than necessary, an increased level of soil compaction or incorrect deceleration.

Thus, it’s worth pointing out the main advantages of this innovation:

  • 1) various types of mechanisms, such as a forestry mulcher or a rotovator can now independently perform universal functions, working both on the surface and in the soil;
  • 2) absence of necessity to invest in several types of mulchers, deliver mechanisms to the working place, fuel economy;

While mulching on the surface - increasing the rotation speed of the rotor to create mulch, which performs the function of protecting and enriching the soil with useful elements; while working in the ground - reducing the number of the rotor rpm to avoid excessive soil compaction, minimize fuel consumption and wearing of working elements.
