So here is the question, what is the most effective way of using liquid fertilizers?
Taking into consideration the reasons for transition to soil fertilizers, agronomists and farmers often point out the following important factors: the liquid form of fertilizers is most accessible to plants, especially in drought; the concentration of active substance in such fertilizers is higher than in the granules, while the cost of the product is lower.
In addition, the consistency of liquid soil fertilizers allows you to quickly prepare the tank mixes with missing elements, depending on the growing season. Due to these needs, intragroup fertilizers are becoming an indispensable product, both in large and private crops, saving on fertilizers can be 50-60% over surface application.
For this purpose injection method of fertilization (Cultan technology) was developed.
Principle of work: Injection wheels have needles of hard alloys, through an injection needle, injection wheel fertilizer enters the soil to a depth of 6 cm. Number of needles on each wheel 12 pcs. The distance between the points of injection is 13 cm, The distance between the rows 25 cm.
The needle works according to the nozzle principle: through a built-in valve in the hub of the injection wheel, a certain dose of fertilizer is squeezed into the ground at a pressure of 3-6 bar depending on the speed and the planned application rate.
This dose nourishes a plant directly through the roots, which absorb all necessary substances in accordance with growth requirements throughout the growing season.
Main advantages of the injection wheel are the following:
